"No one comes close to me in songwriting" - Omah Lay

Nigerian singer-songwriter Stanley Omah Lay, better known as Omah Lay, boasted about his songwriting abilities and said he was the best in his field.

The artist's fame rose shortly after award-winning Nigerian artist Burna Boy confirmed that fellow artistes Wizkid and Davido, one of Africa's richest musicians, were no less wealthy.

In a previous tweet, Burna Boy also described himself as the highest-paid artiste in African music history. “I said money is nothing. It suits me, and this is my truth. But that doesn't change the fact that I'm the highest-paid artiste in the history of African music. Believe it or not,” he tweeted.

Omah Lay debate, took notice of writing ability when he stepped off the list of Africa's richest artistes. "No one comes up with a pen.”
